The money from the sale of our apartment arrived Thursday last week. We are very happy that our apartment was sold so quickly and for a good price. Thank you from both of us for all your hard work, and for managing to sell so quickly.
We both hope you are well and, maybe, we can visit L'Escala again 1 day and have a coffee together. It is taking us a long time to adjust to living back here in England, and I think we can truthfully say that the 30 years we lived in L'Escala were the happiest of our lives.

Ya en el primer contacto cordial, pudimos escuchar en detalle cómo transcurre una compra en España. Se nos proporcionó la información necesaria sobre catastro, síndico gestión , etc. Esto nos dio mucha confianza con la agencia Torrent API.
En preparación para la firma, también recibimos información correcta sobre los arreglos prácticos (número de NIE, depósitos, cheque bancario, ...) y acuerdos con los propietarios y la notaria. Esto nos permitió convencer a nuestro banco en Bélgica de su tarea e intervención. La firma en el notario fue muy rapida y correcta.
Gracias en parte a su enfoque profesional constante, también valoramos muy positivamente los demás servicios que ofrece su empresa. Con el enfoque amable e igualmente profesional (administración y seguros, ...) de su oficina (entre otros por Danielle) nos gustaría seguir trabajando con ustedes.
