We are in a neighborhood belonging to Ventalló, Valveralla.
Quiet town all year round (even in the summers) and only 6.5 km from the beach of Sant Pere Pescador and 10 from the beach of Sant Martí d'Empuries and L'Escala and 16 km from Figueres.
The house was renovated in 2021: new ceramic floor. Stone walls (at least 60 cm wide and up to 1 m wide), Catalan vault throughout the house and wooden beams in perfect condition (treated).
We enjoy a lot of light in all rooms.
